The building is collapsed by using our excavator. It is knocked into the basement and removed. The material is covered with tarps and taken to the landfill. We have a subcontractor that can do asbestos abatement if needed.

These are dug out; a laser transit is used to make sure the grade is appropriate. We take great care to save topsoil and set a grade for proper water run off.

We have several machines depending upon the area and trees to be saved. The area can be bull dozed, or we can scrape the area, saving topsoil and trees, but remove the underbrush.

We can install drain tile for proper water run off. Install underground sprinkler systems, level your area, plant grass and install decorative stone.

We have chosen “Rock Wood” because of the quality of the system. The walls are installed; geo-grid is put in behind the walls (over 4 ft) to provide a firm foundation. The blocks inter-lock and come in many colors and 2 sizes.

These materials are clean, and delivered to your site. We use black dirt mixed with peat, providing the customer with quality fluffy dirt you can plant grass or have us do it for you.
